About Michael & Benefits 4 Seniors

Michael created Benefits 4 Seniors in 2020 after a conversation with his father, Mike, who has been a financial planner for the past 40 years. Michael has seen how Mike has helped his Senior clients navigate retirement and decided to be singularly focused on helping that group of people with their health care needs. 

Michael was born and raised in Greenville, SC and graduated from Clemson University in 2010 with a degree in Financial Management and Accounting. While there, he was fortunate to be a scholarship athlete on the football team where he was elected team captain his senior year. Like his father and mother, his time at Clemson as a student athlete has impacted all facets of his life and can be seen in the way he works with clients. 

A resident of Charleston, he enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard and on the house, reading, trying to learn Greek, and co-chairing the Greek Festival. His wife, Caroline, and baby girl, Sophia, are the reason "why" he goes to work in the morning. The two fluff balls, Fin the cat and Hallie the Aussie-Doodle, make for a busy Wade household!
